- I think I'm member #60! Ok, I'll start by stating that I have procreated. My husband and I are blessed with three wonderful children, ages 17, 11 and 5. We have signed a contract to add one being to this planet every six years. . . Me- I'm a writer, editor, baker, candlestick maker.. I am also a licensed optician, but I don't see eye to eye with that profession anymore (it was a great job, just not what I wanted to be when I grow up) And I haven't grown up yet, so I have lots to figure out. I'm STILL in college...I think maybe I'd like to teach kids English, that lost language. I like to play games and sports...all kinds. Tennis..ride horses..yada yada. And anything competitive. Especially if it involves thinking. My best friend is my husband. He's awesome. We were friends before we were more and we will always be friends. He's an engineer, but I still like him anyway. And he has an incredible singing voice and plays a variety of noisy things like pianos and drums. Another one of my best friends is my daughter Bailey, another writer (although she writes fantasy..go figure) I know we aren't suppose to be friends with our kids..but why? She's awesome too. As are all my kids, of course. And another best friend, my ex mom in law. She's my outlaw mom. I just adore her. I grew up in Sandusky, Ohio. Any kid that grows up with a rollercoaster in their backyard has a distorted view of reality. There you have it.

How Old Am I, Anyway?
* received a UPS package that was marked "Knock Loud- recipient is elderly and hard of hearing" I don't know why that label was on the box, and I thought Amazon and I were friends...
