About Me:
I am a singleton in central Missouri, toiling valiantly on a thriller novel while trying to find time to get back on my blog and post something.

I LUV books that make me laugh. I like to read them in between seriously intense thrillers.

Am a book critic for PopSyndicate.com. (GREAT site, BTW. If you want to send stuff for review, shoot me a message.) It's interesting to review books and also write them - especially if a book is really, really, really bad. Authors love me and hate me.

What else can I say? Well, visit my personal blog and MySpace pages and you can find out what you want to know. =0)

Living in O'Misery

Hey all! I realized I lived in the country when, as I drove home near 10 p.m. last night, I saw someone happily hosing down their tractor at the car wash. Being country-fied also means I only have access to dial up. (Damn those telephone companies!!!) So if it takes a while to respond, never fear. I get frustrated with the connection and shut down and go sit outside a while. I get back to email/blogging when I have the patience. CYA!

lol about the tractor. I live country, too. Last time I went to the car wash I was just about to leave with my sparkling clean, chamoised dry vehicle when a 4WD started hosing in the next bay. He'd been off road and was so caked with mud, it poured over all over my little white car and made it brown again in seconds. He was so tanked he didn't notice. And he had so many guns in his car, I didn't say anything. sigh

Hi Angela!
Thanks for the invite. I have a daughter with your beautiful name! I've been to Misery - er Missouri many times ... we used to go on vacation in the Ozarks - float our boat for a week or so .... good times! We used to call it Missouri time - the pace a little slower than north central IL.
Welcome to HHW!

Well, let's see... you could always do another great review ... and maybe I'd be half a star better than before... heh.
Seriously, I'm going to dig up the address you emailed me with and send an ARC to you... or should I send it to Stefan?
I'm using your great review already in my marketing, so thanks much for that!

Howdy,
The YA was on hold during the editing phase, but I'm going to get back to it pretty soon. Have some marketing to do with Guy first. I'd rather write than market, but, well, you know...
